Thunder Gatherers 雷会 is a casual concept art meetup event held every few months in Shibuya, Tokyo (previously Shimokitazawa). I co-founded the event with Kentaro Kameda, and I am now the main organiser.

The main concept of Thunder Gatherers 雷会 is to provide an interesting underground space for artists in the game, film and animation industry, to freely meet in a casual setting. The event will always be free entrance to prevent barriers, and professionals, students, hobbyists and aspiring artists are all welcome.
It's been a huge pleasure to watch the community grow and to see people enjoy meeting other artists and making new connections and friendships.
